As a Director of Client Services, Natalie works closely with our clients and their advisors to administer integrated wealth management services and assists clients with onboarding, service requests, and day-to-day account information.
Formerly with Amegy Bank and Bank of America, Natalie came from the banking industry to join Harrell Investment Partners, LLC in February of 2021. Natalie brings more than 36 years of Customer Service and 17 years of Management experience to the distinctive registry of individuals she supports. Throughout her career, Natalie has been acknowledged as a leader in the customer service and support market, winning an award in Customer Service Leadership.
Initially from Corpus Christi, Natalie now resides in Austin, Texas and has a daughter and son-in-law, Danielle and Michael, as well as two beloved grandchildren, Jacob and Mila. Natalie loves yoga, dancing, hiking and traveling.
